As part of  a series of ELT books for Cambridge University Press I was commissioned to design several main characters. Nothing unusual here. However each character would eventually be animated for online and would need separate mouthshapes, eyes and eyebrows , not to mention a series of separate hands.

In the case of the children this process would have to be repeated 3 times as they would be ageing as the course went progressed various levels.
